Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

  • Local (same city/area): 1–2 business days

  • Metro areas (via Aramex): 1–4 business days

  • Interstate (via Aramex): 2–5 business days, depending on destination. Regional or remote areas may take slightly longer.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this stage, we do not offer standard international shipping through our website.
However, if you are located outside Australia and are interested in placing an order, please contact us directly and we will review shipping options on a case-by-case basis.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the perishable nature of wine, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

However, we will happily replace or refund any bottles that are:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Faulty (including cork taint or oxidation)

  • Incorrectly supplied.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and, where possible, photos of the affected product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
